Initial Consultation
No charge is made for an initial one hour consultation, which will give us the opportunity to learn your requirements and view the property.
Estimate
Following the consultation we will provide an estimate of likely charges based primarily on the time we expect it will take us to do the job.
Commission Fee
On occasions, in the case of styling a home for sale, we may suggest a commission fee under which we are paid a percentage of the sale price achieved, to the extent it exceeds an agreed threshold.
